Our children program is second to none. We include awesome self defense and character development. We teach discipline, respect, goal setting and confidence among other mental benefits to help our chidren succeed in life. We teach them NOT to be a bully but have a healthy dose of self esteem to face a problem and conquer it. The children at our school learn Muay Thai Kickboxing for thier striking. Wrestling for when someone grabs them and Machado Jiujitsu for their self defense on the ground. WE DO NOT PROMOTE FIGHTING.
